Free PWA

PWA, actually free.
No per-install fees. No offer lock-in.

In this market “free” almost always has a catch: either you pay per install, or you may only run their offers. We removed both catches.

HZWADS PWA is free in the literal sense: no monthly fee, no per-install billing, no revenue share, no obligation to run our offers, no cap on how many you create. It ships on the same platform and the same domain as our cloaker, so you never wire two vendors together.

We spell “free” out as five separate negatives because the word has been worn out in this industry. Here is the direct comparison.

How do PWA vendors actually charge?

Two dominant models. One advertises “from $0/month” but bills per install — the more volume you push, the more you pay. The other is genuinely free, but only if you run offers from their own network. The first defers the cost; the second charges you in freedom.

Why don’t cloaking vendors offer PWA?

They are two different products: cloaking filters traffic, a PWA carries the landing experience. Across a 12-vendor industry review, not one cloaking service offered PWA — so buyers typically purchase from two vendors and wire them together themselves.

And the wiring is where it breaks. Two systems, two vendors, two domains — the path of least resistance for moving a user from the cloaker to the PWA landing page is a redirect. Redirects are exactly what Meta names in policy, and that is how ads get killed mid-flight as misleading links.

At HZWADS the PWA and the cloaker start out on one platform and one domain. There is no seam to wire, so no redirect is born in it.

PWA or a vest app — which should you use?

Depends whether you need speed or depth. A PWA skips the app stores entirely: no review, one tap to install, changes go live instantly. A vest app gets store distribution, store trust and organic installs — but it must pass review, it takes time, and a takedown costs you the whole build. Many teams run both.

In practice these are not mutually exclusive: the vest app owns store distribution and trust, the PWA owns paid landing and fast iteration. We provide both — app store submission runs on the same platform.

How much better does a PWA convert?

Published industry figures put click-to-install for PWAs at roughly 18%–35%, versus about 8%–14% for a standard mobile landing page, with installs completing in about 2 seconds and no store review. These are industry numbers — not a promise from us.

⚠ The ranges above are quoted from public industry media, collected September 2026. Real performance varies enormously by vertical, GEO, creative, audience and the landing page itself — trust your own A/B tests over any published figure. Treat anyone guaranteeing a specific conversion rate as a red flag.

One-tap install

Web Push

Re-engage installed users directly, without relying on SMS or in-app messaging.

Instant updates

Change the landing experience any time — no re-release, no user update.

Same domain as the cloaker

No cross-domain hop: nothing for Meta to flag, and nothing to break in the payment stack.

FAQ

What exactly does “completely free” include? Will you charge later?

No monthly fee, no per-install billing, no revenue share, no requirement to run specific offers, no cap on the number of PWAs. Those five points are the whole definition — there is no hidden tier that starts billing once you scale.

If it’s free, how do you make money?

From cloaking, app store submission, ad accounts and media buying. The PWA is the piece that makes the funnel complete — having your whole funnel with us is worth more than selling the PWA alone. That is precisely why a PWA-only vendor has to charge and we do not.

Will a PWA get me banned on Facebook?

A PWA is just a form of web app; it is not a violation in itself. Rejections usually trace back to funnel structure (a redirect flagged as a misleading link), landing page content, account quality or creative. We can make the funnel-structure layer clean; the rest stays on your side. No setup guarantees you will never be banned.

Do PWAs install on iOS?

Yes, but the path differs from Android: on iOS the user must go through Safari’s Share menu and choose “Add to Home Screen” — there is no install prompt. So the iOS instruction screen matters a lot, and iOS install rates are typically lower than Android.

I already have a PWA — can I buy just the cloaker?

Yes. But if your PWA sits on a different domain from the cloaker, you almost certainly still need a redirect in between — which is the reason we recommend going same-domain. Test it on a slice of traffic before committing.

The PWA is free. We handle the funnel.

Cloaking, PWA, app store submission, ad accounts and media buying — one platform.
